Grand Hyatt Steakhouse at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong is delighted to announce its first ever blind tasting wine dinner on 22 August 2013, giving guests the opportunity to taste wines without any preconceived notions, leading to an evening of wonderful discoveries.
Held in the private dining room on the upper level of Grand Hyatt Steakhouse, guests will blind taste a selection of wines paired with a delectable menu by Chef Patrick Shimada. As each wine is poured, and each dish is revealed, guests will uncover the distinct properties and character of each wine, sharing notes alongside renowned Hotel Sommelier Nicolas Deneux, who will also taste blind.
Grand Hyatt Steakhouse launched their monthly gourmet wine dinner series in June, with two successful events garnering positive response.
