VietJet to add extra daily flight, for Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh City route

VietJet is to increase the frequency of its international route, linking Ho Chi Minh City and Bangkok, adding an extra daily round trip to meet growing demand for low-cost air travel between the two cities.

Commencing 12 September, the new schedule between Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City and Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok will see two round trips per day, offering a daily capacity of 5,040 seats.

Currently operating 27 domestic and international routes with a fleet of 15 Airbus aircraft, VietJet will introduce more brand new Airbus jets to its fleet in September as it moves forward with its expansion strategy.
