Chamnan Thepchana, Chef of Thai Cuisine at The Peninsula Bangkok, and Chef Anuwat “Nu” Morakotjantachote, Executive Sous Chef at The Peninsula Chicago, will visit each Peninsula hotel for one week to prepare contemporary interpretations of traditional Thai dishes.
Diners at each hotel can savour Chef Nu and Chef Chamnan’s personal takes on Thai recipes passed down across the centuries by royal palace cooks. Menu highlights include Kang Keaw Wan Gai (fresh chicken in green curry), made with Michelin-starred chefs’ favourite ingredient, organic French “Bresse” chicken, and Tom Yum Goong (spicy and sour soup with seafood and lemongrass), a signature soup enhanced by highly prized Brittany Blue lobsters.
