British Airways launches special fares

British Airways today announced special fares which will be available during this year’s NATAS Travel Fair at Singapore EXPO from July 31 until August 2, 2015.

Holidaymakers looking to travel around Europe will be spoilt for choice as direct flights to London start from just S$1,338 in World Traveller economy and from S$2,415 in World Traveller Plus premium economy. Meanwhile, flights to Sydney start from S$636 in World Traveller economy and S$1,215 in World Traveller Plus premium economy.

For those looking to travel further afield to South America, flights to Sao Paulo, via London, start from just S$1,955 in World Traveller economy, while flights to New York, via London, are available from S$1,649.

These special return fares are valid for travel from now until March 16, 2016. The sale ends on August 12, 2015.

Robert Williams, British Airways regional general manager, South East Asia, said, “Our special NATAS fares cover some of our most popular destinations in Europe and the Americas. Now is the perfect time to take advantage of these great value offers and plan a getaway for the end of the year.

“What’s more, with our A380 service between London and Singapore, customers can experience our latest cabins, and enjoy the quietest cabin in the sky.”

British Airways operates a twice-daily service between Singapore and London and a daily service to Sydney. The A380 currently serves the London to Singapore route three times a week.  From December, it will operate a daily service.

All flights to Europe and North and South America will go via Terminal 5, the airline’s state-of-the-art home at London Heathrow. Terminal 5 is exclusive to customers of British Airways and its sister airline, Iberia. In 2015, Terminal 5 was named by Skytrax as the World’s Best Airport Terminal for the fourth consecutive year.

World Traveller Plus premium economy features wider seats, greater recline, more legroom and double baggage allowance as compared to World Traveller economy.
