New tour of Sydney by night launched via a vintage style sidecar
One of Sydney’s most exciting new tourism offers, Shelby Sidecar Tours, has expanded its popular daytime tours to announce the launch of Sydney night tours that will take in the iconic sights and sounds of the city after dark from the comfort of a vintage-style sidecar.
The first of its kind in Australia and based on successful sidecar ventures in other global cities, the popular premium tours have been catching attention around Sydney by day. Starting this week, Shelby’s will take advantage of the city’s summer evenings to stage tours on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.
The 50-minute tours will begin at 7pm, 8pm or 9pm, offering a personalised opportunity to experience Sydney’s iconic as well as lesser known attractions from a different perspective, including the illuminated Sydney Opera House, Harbour Bridge and the newly refurbished Coca-Cola sign at Kings Cross. Passengers experience the sights and sounds in a refreshing way as their private guide escorts them to the famous and infamous nightlife locations of the city, with the wind in their hair and catching the attention of onlookers.
Managing Director, Marc Jaackson is thrilled to be launching the nighttime tours as an expansion of his touring offers.
“It’s a completely different experience seeing Sydney once the sun goes down. We will pick you up from your inner-city hotel, restaurant or another central location and introduce you to the city by night for a ride like no other!” says Mr Jaackson.
Shelby Sidecar Tours also offers daytime tours of differing lengths all year round throughout Sydney’s city, Northern Beaches and Eastern Suburbs. The luxury tours are the perfect opportunity to experience the Sydney sights and attractions you want to see with your own guide.
