Scintillating Succulent Seafood Treats from Down Under


Crowne Plaza Changi Airport celebrates the best of Australian Seafood from 11-20 March 2010

From 11 to 20 March 2011, diners can look forward to satiating all their crustacean cravings with the ultimate Australian seafood feast at the award-winning Azur Restaurant at Crowne Plaza Changi Airport.

Priced at $56++ per person, diners can embark on their culinary journey in the Southern Australia region with Boston Bay’s renowned Kinkawooka Bouchot “Live” Mussels and the glorious flavours of Coffin Bay Live Oysters.

Apart from the finest selection of seafood on ice, Executive Chef Eric Neo and his team will also be delighting guests with a variety of chilled and refreshing appetisers such as the sweet and aromatic Macadamia and Lemon Myrtle Yamba Prawns with Lime Dipping Sauce and the delicate Tartar of Smoked Rainbow Trout with Sour Cream Chive are also available.

Diners will also be treated to a variety of hot dishes including perfectly pan seared Scallops with Creamy Macadamia Nut Sauce and the delectable flavours of Estuary of Prawn and Mussel in White Wine Sauce.

The gastronomic journey is finally rounded off with a selection of sweet temptations. Some dessert highlights include the delightful melt-in-your mouth Pavlova, the smooth and richly flavoured Vanilla and Plum Crème Brulee and the scrumptious Cinnamon Shortbread and Berry Stack amongst other delights.
