Palace Hotel is located on the corner of George and Hay Streets in Sydney’s Haymarket. Following an extensive refurbishment in 2011, the decision was made by the Hotel’s owners, Metro Hospitality Group, to revert to its original name, Palace Hotel, in recognition of its 135 year history.
The Hotel is an important landmark in Sydney, and the charm of its history, combined with the warmth created through its restoration, provides a unique dining and drinking venue.
Palace Hotel is open from 11am to 9pm daily, with the brasserie open for lunch Monday to Friday 11am to 5pm.
