M3 announces new Gwinnett headquarters

M3, the hospitality industry’s leading cloud-based financial solution, recently celebrated its new Gwinnett headquarters with a ribbon-cutting ceremony featuring local officials and M3 leadership. Nearing 20 years in business, M3 chose the 60,000 square-foot space for its central location and ability to provide additional capacity for future growth.
“We are excited to capitalize on the momentum M3 has built with this new milestone and continue to answer the everchanging needs of the hospitality industry,” said Allen Read, president and partner of M3. “This one-of-a-kind innovation hub not only reflects M3’s culture, it gives our employees a more positive work environment to increase collaboration and attract new talent from the region’s growing tech sector.”
Currently serving 150 employees on the company’s sales, services and leadership teams, the newly renovated $5.4M headquarters features M3’s signature blue and green colors throughout, with modern furniture and geometric designs to convey a bright, innovative feel. In addition to employee workspaces, the property offers productivity rooms, cutting-edge technology, a fitness center, game room and more. For the structure and build-out of its new space, M3 drafted award-winning architecture and design firm HOK in collaboration with Leapley Construction and  interior designer Heather Rosenblum.
Located at 1715 N. Brown Road, M3’s new headquarters offers convenient access to I-85, I-985, and 316, as well as some of the area’s most popular shopping, dining and entertainment options at Sugarloaf Mills Shopping Center.
