ALUCO launches at Pullman Port Douglas Sea Temple Resort & Spa
ALUCO is now open at Pullman Port Douglas Sea Temple Resort & Spa, presenting dishes and cocktails alike brimming with Australia’s finest contemporary flavours.
ALUCO showcases coastal cuisine at its best and diners are treated to a chic and modern Queensland dining experience poolside, taking advantage of the year round warm climate.
Guests, locals and visitors can expect to indulge in locally sourced seafood, line caught fish from the reef, fresh fruit and vegetables from the Tablelands, homemade pasta, share plates and tropical desserts.
The restaurant’s signature dishes include seared yellow fin tuna, MSA Black Angus Eye Fillet, Pan Roasted Line Caught Coral Trout, and the pina colada crème brulee.
Cocktail hour is always a good idea at ALUCO. The bar’s Mixologists have designed tropical indulgences including Pink Lychee, MangoCoco and Watermelon Crush; three of eight delicious signature Pullman drinks with their own unique rituals.
Executive Head Chef at ALUCO, Tyson Kromhout said that the brand new ALUCO menu was about creativity and flavor.
