ALUCO launches at Pullman Port Douglas Sea Temple Resort & Spa

ALUCO is now open at Pullman Port Douglas Sea Temple Resort & Spa, presenting dishes and cocktails alike brimming with Australia’s finest contemporary flavours.

ALUCO showcases coastal cuisine at its best and diners are treated to a chic and modern Queensland dining experience poolside, taking advantage of the year round warm climate.

Guests, locals and visitors can expect to indulge in locally sourced seafood, line caught fish from the reef, fresh fruit and vegetables from the Tablelands, homemade pasta, share plates and tropical desserts.

The restaurant’s signature dishes include seared yellow fin tuna, MSA Black Angus Eye Fillet, Pan Roasted Line Caught Coral Trout, and the pina colada crème brulee.

Cocktail hour is always a good idea at ALUCO. The bar’s Mixologists have designed tropical indulgences including Pink Lychee, MangoCoco and Watermelon Crush; three of eight delicious signature Pullman drinks with their own unique rituals.

Executive Head Chef at ALUCO, Tyson Kromhout said that the brand new ALUCO menu was about creativity and flavor.

“My team and I are proud to present ALUCO and welcome everyone to dine with us on their next visit to Port Douglas. I am excited about the menu we have designed with our guests and location in mind. The quality of the local produce in this part of Queensland is outstanding and these flavours shine in each of the dishes. Plus, guests can anticipate some fun twists that we have added to create a very special dining experience,” he said.

ALUCO is located on Mitre Street, inside Pullman Port Douglas Sea Temple Resort & Spa and is open from 6.30am until late. To make a booking at ALUCO, please call 07 4084 3507.
