Quick response (QR) codes in new brochures are providing smartphone owners a “virtual tour” of Helen Wong’s Tours.
The QR codes have been included throughout Helen Wong’s Tours 2013-2014 brochures and provide video coverage of major areas featured within the programs.
“It’s simple, fun and easy to capture, and provides interested customers the chance to see firsthand many of the cities featured in the various itineraries,” Helen Wong’s Tours managing director and founder Helen Wong said.
Maps of routes, individual clips of key city stops, commentary, music and a call for action phone number are included when customers click through to QR codes.“We are going through exciting times as we prepare for the company’s 26th year or organising tours to China from Australia and to have such a function as the QR application highlights that,” Ms Wong said.
