To let guests feel the summer fever, Chef Giuseppe designed this special Viva L’estate Italian 4-course Set Menu with care and creativity in mix and match of the ingredients. The first temptation, the Mozzarella and Tomatoes Salad will surely bring guests a surprise.

To enrich the visual of this appetizer, Chef has picked the Italian national flag’s three colours, red from tomatoes, white from cheese and green from vegetables to make up of this dish. Right after the refreshing starter, the Traditional Hand Made Pici Pasta with Broad Bean Pods will be the chef’s highly recommendation of the menu. Broad beans are eaten while still young and tender, and they grow especially well in summer. Rich in vitamins and taste are the reasons that Chef Giuseppe picked this seasonal ingredient to be part of the pasta main for the savour of guests.

To the highlight of extraordinary summer set menu, main dish will be a slightly Pan-Fried Red Tuna Fish with Red Onion and Salad.
